Which physical exercises, postures, and skills strengthen us and help us feel safer in situations of conflict or violence?

In this meeting, we will learn simple exercises from Thai boxing and feminist self-defense. The goal is to explore the resources and strengths within ourselves that enable us to create resistance to violence.

For: young migrant women* 14-22 y.o.
